What’s Included:
Space Planning & Measurements: We’ll take detailed measurements and draw up your new layout.
Discovery Meeting: We discuss your vision, lifestyle needs & preferences to create a space that works for you.
Design Development & Material Selection: We start choosing from a curated selection of high-quality materials, including countertops, tiles, fixtures, and cabinetry. Elevations will also be drawn up for each wall as part of the construction documents.
Design Presentation: We’ll meet again to present samples you can touch and feel, along with design boards to help you visualize how everything comes together. One round of revisions is always included!
Seamless Procurement: We handle every aspect of purchasing & quality inspection ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Pre-Construction Coordination: If desired, we’ll meet with 2+ contractors to bid the project for price comparison, whether you have someone in mind or need our recommendations. Finalized drawings with construction details, such as a paint schedule and material specifications, will also be prepared during this phase.
Project Management: We’ll regularly visit the job site, troubleshoot, and communicate updates until the project is completed.
Add-Ons:
Accessory Selection & Styling: We highly recommend this add-on! The final touches of a room are in the details and shouldn’t be overlooked. This is the final layer that brings everything together and elevates the space after all the hard work and renovations.
Renderings: If you find it hard to visualize all the different elements together, simply let us know and we’ll add renderings to your package.

We’ll schedule this consultation during our phone call. During the in-home visit, we’ll take a thoughtful look at your space and discuss your design goals. It’s an opportunity to explore ideas, answer questions, and create a plan tailored to your needs. The fee for this session is $175, which will be credited toward your project if you choose to move forward. This valuable second step allows us to price your project accurately, making it the perfect way to kickstart the process!
Third Step: Tailored Design Proposal
With the insights from our consultation, we’ll craft a custom design proposal just for you. This includes your scope of work, a project timeline, and a clear overall budget. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’re ready to begin turning your vision into reality!
